going to Look at this car
Also is there somewhere that explains what the difference between each model is type r etc..
Is this a good price ???
1994 MAZDA RX-7 TYPE R TWIN TURBO
1994 (September), Black, 48000 miles, ABS, Aircon, PAS, E/W, E/M, one owner from new, CD stereo, aftermarket alloys, Knightsport front nose cone, Border rear spoiler, Standard mechanical parts but for HKS muffler. C-West nose cone, Mazda Speed rear spoiler, and 17 inch Work VS alloys .
£10500
Personally I think thats a tad on the expensive side. If its had a rebuild recently then its not too bad (still a bit high imho), but if not its certainly expensive as youll want to start budgeting for it soon-ish.
Dont like making comments without seeing condition of car, etc etc.
what sort of price would it be worth if it hasn\'t been rebuilt.
How can I tell if it has or hasn\'t.
Why does it have two different spoilers and noses?
Well ask if its been rebuilt, and hopefully there will be paperwork to back it up.
Its worth what someone will pay, for all I know it might be stunning but compared to other 94 cars with similar mods (ie a few cosmetics) this car is top money and near-ish rebuild time if its not been done.

I would advise you to look at Tims for sale advert. Its just been rebuilt, and the car was stunning last time I saw it.
Maybe see both cars and see what you think.

when does the engine rebuilt need doing at what milage.
who in the midlands is a good garge for rx7
hi!
having done 48,000 isn\'t a bad thing though, some peoples engines last twice that! personally that wouldn\'t put me off!
tom:)
It would put me off if I could get a car already rebuilt for the same money (or less). I wouldn\'t want to gamble with that sort of money.
BTW I am paranoid - if it can go wrong it will go wrong.
general concensus on engine rebuilds for a 3rd gen is circa 60k so you are looking at 10k ish left in the engine. As Gman said, why two noses and tails??? surely it only has one of each unless its one of those new double fronted and tailed Rx7s??
Chris where abouts in Midlands are you then, happy to join/help in your quest if i can at all

, Johnf did find a garage that has helped him some in brum but only "experts" are Hurley in Cov but having used them i wouldn\'t recommend you do the same!

best bet IMO is paying a visit to WGT & Pip up in Northwich, worth the extra miles for the better & less costly service!!!!!!
Say the word if i can help any then.........
Si
PS the theory most use is rebuild circa 60k miles but can need before or long after this depends as with all things on how it\'s been treated etc i guess.......
