Right the exhaust i have now is just too loud for me. I think i need some kind of silenced mid pipe. Who does them for the FC TII? And would it reduce the noise a good bit?
I fully decated the car and its just made the thing stupidly loud! I honestly CANT WOT it because it will deafen me! :(
Or if i put the original down pipe back on would that maybe quietin it down again? And would it still be safe to run 10/11 psi boost with that back on?

I used to run mine on a full 3" system with a 4" exit and no CATs or silencers - get a grip man, it\'s a bit of noise :D Embrace it! :Giggle

i had the SS autochrome thingy single exit - it lasted about 4 mins on the car before i took it off - it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO loud - and thats was on a full decatted system
even with a bung in - you could hear it about 40 metres away on idle

That downpipe being smaller than the rest is what\'s probably contributing to your noise problem - you might as well stick a trumpet on it ;)
I reckon a bigger down pipe would be good for noise reduction and a few more ponies :cheers
Mine is bigger than that and its not overly noisey unless your heavey footed. Which I am :):):):):):):)
