Title: fuel neck removal

looking to move my filling neck i want to move it inside the boot or just some where else i want to smooth the hole where the flappy bit is any one tryed this or have any info???:3gears-lh

I originally looked at placing it mid-point on the C-Pillar.  Not easy.

Moving to the boot is alot simpler.  A 90o bend is all you need.  A hole cutter sorts the plastic trim within the boot and an aero-filler cap completes the job :)

ahh thats v cool thanks for that how does the pipe work run threw the boot floor or behind the lights

It was easy to find a route bud.  Just strip out your boot plastics and you will see :)

That\'s quite a subtle relocation.  Don\'t try and put it on the other side of the car like Ash did...:eek:

^^^I\'m not sure where the fuel filler is, but I\'m pretty sure it wasn\'t where it started out...

Aye - apparently he was on the hard shoulder on the phone about his broken down rx7, and watched a merc estate pummel into it at 90!!  the driver walked away from the merc...

I thought he broke down/crashed in the fast lane? I remember seeing some pics on here a few years ago and the car was parked in the fast lane

hadn\'t he spun it in the wet between a couple of lorries or summat, and couldn\'t get it to the hard shoulder?
