Morning all,
I pulled my primary rail last night so i can tap it to remove the FPD and sort out a fitting to mate it to my KGParts secondary.
However, I\'m not sure sure on putting it back with the same seals - I\'ve always been told you should replace all seals/O-rings.
So, what do i need to replace, and has anyone got any part numbers?
There appears to be the remnants of a rubber seal in the top of the injector hole in the engine - i guess I need a new seal for this?
In addition, what seal(s) are there that will need replacing when i remove the injectors from the rail? (I\'m not leaving the injectors in when I tap the rail!)
Cheers all :)

Well, looks like it\'s the \'insulators\' tha tI need, taht sit on top of the diffusers.
I\'ve got several possible part numbers - anyone know which of thee it may be?
N350-13-257
NF01-13-257A
N3A1-13-257
cant help mate, but might be worth calling dragon, i called them the other week and they were more than happy to help me sort a problem over the phone!
I looked at doing this same job and priced it up with genuine o rings.... can\'t remember exactly how much it was but it was alot, lots and lots even.
I ended up raiding a bosch o ring box from a motor factors which was much cheaper.
Cheers all :)
Cleggy - A familiar face - I sold you some caliper seals once ;)
I think I\'m sorted for this now - the seals on the injectors have been replaced by the company that cleaned and flow tested the injectors (Scholar Engines) but the ones i was after are OEM only - they are also called the \'insualtors\' and sit in the actual injector hole on top of the diffuser.
They should be here in a few days, when they turn up I\'ll put the part number up for reference :)
Caliper seals for a 200sx by any chance?? I remember. So you\'ve made the switch to rotary too, good choice!
I took a brave pill and have reused the insulators as they seemed to be in an ok condition, should have replaced them really but it was going to be a pain to get hold of them. Seem ok so far!
