I guess he wants to know how to reset the mileage calculator to zero...

Anyhow, I know it\'s illegal in belgium as you can fool a possible future buyer by sellinjg a car with \'less\' than the real mileage .

If the clockwork gets broken, you need an official paper from an official workshop with the old mileage on it and the replacement of the clocks needs to be registrated.
