Same happens on my fc. I jus try nw to turn it off unless i kno i\'ll be away long enough to let it cool hehe

I think might b sth to do with starter motor, or coils. Im waiting for a hks twin power to see if it helps. Will let u kno results. But hot start prob is kinda normal wiv t2\'s

as i bought the car stock... there was only the problem ... if i cranked too long ... the engine flooded... T2 drivers know this problem

the new starting problem came after my car runs into the fuel cut (damn knight sport FCD... from one second to another it dont want to work longer :2eek:Grrr)

after the run (on the autobahn :( ) ... the starting problem was...

here is a video of my problem...

-> ... damn... i´ll upload it tomorrow again @youtube

first time i thougt the engine is damaged... but the power is still ok... 250 km/h on topspeed... boostin good... :Giggle

... plz don´t kill me for my bad english ^^
my english skills are not the best... but i hope you can understand me and my problems :D

:Talking1

on the end... there is my old mazda... my mazda way to the RX-7  (but i couldn´t finished the project as you can see)

but with diff rims.. :Laugh
i think the res lower chin spoiler looks better than black.. wishing i sprayed my one red instead of black now.. well.. maybe keep it black in the middle where the big hole is then red either side.

the last bit of ur vid. it didnt sound too good when idle.
mine is nt as bad!

when starting: no throttle, then just as it catches press the throttle a bit (sometimes got to pump the throttle a bit b4 it starts)
then once the engine starts hold it at 3k revs for about 10 secs then drop to about 2k for 5 secs, then should idle fine.

when u switch off engine: rev to 3k revs and simultaniously turn key and press acc pedal fully to floor.
this allows air to flow thru the engine so will help prevent flooding on start up (to an extent)

if you too worried about flooding then u prob best to fit a fuel cut off switch.

Gutten Tag! Willkommen! Gorgeous FC!!! Those Deutschland tanks are quite nice too! Lol!

I used to have a 1980\'s Audi GT coupe. Same body style as the old Quattros but without the cool boxy arches!:mmmm Bought it for 50 quid! Loved it!:Thumbsup!

Welcome, nice fc. Have you looked @ the throttlecable? Look if it\'s still in the lever at the back of the throttle body.
