Hi
In order to book a stand space and passes for Japfest, I need to pay for tickets upfront.
I therefore plan to pay for 30 tickets for this event, which include a stand pass to park on the club stand.
In order to gauage the interest to this event, please at this stage just regsiter your interest as to whether you will definately be attending.
Once I have the tickets I will notify you and they will be avilable via the club shop.

I have ordered the tickets they will be slightly discounted for full club members, when I receive them I will post out on the forum and enter them on the MRC shop.
Japfest tickets will be available to purchase via the MRC shop from tomorrow.

These will be a front come basis. I have ordered 30 tickets and are restricted to a maximum of 2 each, however, should nearer the date we still have some tickets left we will offer these again to people who have already bought tickets.
I will probably not be in receipt of the tickets until the end of April, so once I send them out, I will let you all know.
With every ticket I will issue a stand pass, if you are ordering 2 tickets then I will send out only one stand pass, unless the additional ticket is for any rotary driver.
Please note that these tickets are for Rotary owners and for any rotary model on the club stand.

Please book tickets via the shop, The tickets will not arrive until the week before and they will then be posted first class.

Tickets are limited to 2 per member/person, however if nearer the time we have still a few left to sell I will look at changing this in order to get the tickets sold.
All tickets come with a stand pass.

Sorry no - You could try and arrange it between yourselves. But it is always difficult to arrange as people want different times etc!

Yes is this for one car and 2 people or 2 cars? so I know how many stand passes to send out

I am not a full member yet (can i pay at japfest?).. but my FC will (should!) be there but on a seperate stand for the sat.. im unsure of my plans yet but if i stay sunday, maybe I could put mine on there for a while. :)

ah ok cool. I wasnt sure. I just got a call saying \'your car needs to be at japfest this weekend\' and assumed it was an all weekender.
maybe ill move it mid way thru day.. if not ill come find u lot anyway.

Thats odd I payed for them through paypal last week, i\'ve got E-mails from both paypal and MRC with an order number, Here\'s the MRC order number 542.

i will be there guys but on my own club stand, look out for Somerset Japanese Car Club, we are in section A, mines the only rx7 on the stand :D

Wont be able to make it now, as my MOT, that was booked has changed the date. a right pain in the ar*se.
Unfortunately I\'m going to have to drop out :( Basically one of my coilovers has a cracked support and I don\'t fancy it giving way at 70mph on a 400 mile round trip. Sorry folks!

Sorry Lisa - driving the current car in the rain makes me very nervous after my first FD spun unprovoked across 3 lanes of the A3 in rush hour traffic with my girlfriend driving one day in the wet summer, 2007! Gonna see how it looks tomorrow but might come in the... fiesta :eek
so wish my fc was on the road.. i think we should park whateva cars we drive on the stand.. lol
only shows how reliable rotaries are :P
