think this should be made a regular thing for the future as its in a good location for a few people?? that is, if steve is ok with it all??
but im afraid the car still wont be ready, there is a lot of work left to do and i dont get much chance on it at the minute :(

Only a few fuel pipes, plumbing the wastgate in including venting it to the exhaust and getting it maped for running in so, not a great deal, also a slight leak on one of the injectors and a few fiddly things left

Weather looks a lot better based on tonights forecast. Just in case I\'ve removed the Scoot bonnet and put the standard back on, just \'till the scoot is modified. RX passed its MOT retest on Friday, (had to rectify an intermittent head light bulb, (improved connections and fitted a new bulb) dull fog light, (cleaned the housing/reflector and reapplied the red coating to the bulb) and a track rod end, (replaced with a new one)).
So wrap up well and I should see you there.
Chris

Sorry for the no-show today lads. I got as far as Weatherby believe it or not (half bloomin hour away!!!).
Heard a screem from under the hood, thought to myself, there goes the PS Pump belt. Lack of steering and smell proved me right and I costed into Wetherby services :(
Two AA blokes and three hours later and the car is back on the drive feeling sorry for itself!
Was a cracking drive up till that point, no traffic and clear day.
Hope the day was good for you all :)
See my wanted thread for a PS pump if you can help lol

Sorry to hear about your problem Chris and good luck with finding a replacement. Steve is gathering a fair collection of parts at the garage, may be he can help.
The meet was good, a number of us made it despite the blooming cold. Think we may have to buy Steve a fresh (full) jar of Coffee and some buscuits to replace everything we had. Lol.
I think this will become a very good regular meet when the weather improves.
