Well this week im totally gutted because the business iv been trying to buy for the last 8 months looks to be going through sometime in February, fingers crossed, but I need to be sensible and debt free walking into it.
...therefore... I\'ve decided to sell the car to pay off loan etc. and take my dads old Audi diesel off him to run back and forward in for the next 6 months at least anyway :Hammer
Gutted because I\'ve only had it 7 months and has been completely problem free (bar a duff battery!!) and is an amazing example of an FD with the full wide arch GT AD kit on.
Happy to say it\'s the best car I\'ve owned but am hoping to be back once am on my feet with this and will definitely be going back to JM Imports for my next one.
I have to say this is an excellent forum to be part of and I\'ve been grateful for all my questions that have been answered, iv been on Lotus forums etc. in the past but none were as helpful as on here which has added to my enjoyment of owning an FD.
Its a bar im buying incase anyone is wondering!!!
Just thought I\'d post this on here first before I put it up on pistonheads or wherever and just incase anyone wants it off me, i\'d much rather it went to someone who will continue to look after it!!!!!
I\'ve been and had words and am looking for around £9,250 with 6 months tax and MOT.

A mate mentioned he saw a nice black, kitted FD parked behind Dance City in Newcastle over the Christmas. Was it yours?

ha ha yeah that was mine parked there, was trying to avoid the parkey men!! It worked!
Its one of the Holmeside ones in Sunderland but cant really say untill the current tenants are out which is sometime this month.
Am just expecting it to move quickly when it happens so thought it best I get rid of loans and credit card sooner rather than later!! Credit crunch eh!!
Some good pubs in Sunderland guv, did my studenty days there (twice!), but alot has changed since then!
