Title: Advice on front mount
Post by: Bobbit on January 02, 2009, 10:54:46 AM
Hi :WaveBye

I\'ve just got a nice big I/C and gonna go for a front mount. I\'ve seen a few front mounts where the ic sits right behind the standard front bumper but the fog lights have always been removed. Can I do this while keeping the front fogs? Also is it easy to get the I/C mounted flush?
i think sweetiwells has a flush front mount which looks good and thats the style i\'m looking for.
And finally the I/C didn\'t include pipes so where can I get some and does anyone know what bends/lenghts i\'ll need for a standard twin turbo set up?

Thanks

i think you will have to get rid of the fogs mate and the front bumper support as you need to trim the inside of the front bumper for it to sit flush like this:

lol it looks very nice though doesnt it.

piping length etc all depends where your outlets are facing and at what angle.

best thing to do would be take the bumper off and put the IC where you want it and then you can get an idea what angles and lengths you need.
