Hi
I joined in October and have found that a few people would be up for a meet as there are a few of us in the local area so after chatting to a couple of people it seemed that a meet was in order.
I have decided to hold it at the airport in Gloucester as it has good access from the motorway (M5) and other main routs such as the A40. It has a decent sized car park and is very secure but most importantly it has a pub and half decent food!!!!!
I was thinking 24 Jan around midday and have added a link to Multimap so you can see where it is. If your on the M5 you exit at J11 and head towards the Cheltenham on the A40, once at the round about take the first exit on the left followed by the first left. Continue down the road until you reach the first right (its actually on a left hand bend) and follow the road until you see the airport on your left and the pub is dead ahead. But if your not on the Motorway then head for Cheltenham on the A40 and follow the signs for the airport, you will find its sign posted from Gloucester and Cheltenham. Or if you using a sat-nav then the post code is GL51 6SP.
This is open to anyone who would like to come not just locals, but if we can help it just no Novas or Saxos (http://www.mazdarotaryclub.com/forums/images/icons/icon10.gif) it would be nice to keep it Jap, or exotic cars would be more than welcome

also loads of other cars on the forum mainly from radstock and bristol areas. We had 7 cars go up to cheltenham the other day, and im sure alot more will be interested for a proper meet.

yiep.. i live in street.. dunt always drive my fc as petrol.. was in it 2day coming back from frome bout 10.30-11pm so if u heard sth loud in w.pennard was prob me lol.
i saw 2 200sx yesterday in street.. midnight blue ish colour, one wiv BN sport kit n other more subtle.. quite nice 2 2gether.
seen nice white skyline in frome. a very nice 2 dr scooby.. n kno one kid who got orange 200sx wiv black top on.

i saw the bn 200sx a while back in .... n smell\'it at night...only saw it in my wing mirror aft i turned off the road as my rear screen is blacked out lol

Depending on how many come I will organise some of the main car park spaces to be coned off so there will be guaranteed room for all and that we all park together, but I will need to know how many are planning on coming from other clubs too. It would be nice to get as many as we can to come along, :driving

though thinking about it.. think most ppl wiv have the slim gals with their shiney fd\'s n i\'ll prob end up wiv some ladyboys to match my mismatched pink fc for photoshots :evillaugh
im a photographer and will be bringing a camera with me to take pics :) if you wanna provide girls then i dont mind taking pics of them also... but finding any girl that is willing to pose in this weather i think is pretty slim lol... and most of the girls that would... they arent the type of girls you want anywhere near a rx7 lol!!! but like i said make sure everyone has a clean and shiney car (watch me go drive in a huge puddle of mud before i get there) and i will take pics and provide them on here for people :)

ha ha she wasnt keen on the fd, i had a 200sx before which she wasnt much of a fan of either, she also said i loved my fd more than her, me joking around and saying yes didnt go down well, if i even mentioned i wanted to do something to the car, thats it my life wasnt worth living...
i miss her and its hard, only split up this weekend :( wont be getting back together either :( she has messed me about to much and wants far to much constant attention :(
anyway enough of this feel like Jeremy kyle is about to walk out lol! more money and time to spend on the fd :D

I know!! lets move the meet to somewhere like glastonbury or wells or frome (theres a car park opp my work place thats usually pretty empty hehe) the small hatch crew wont know wots hit them!

Got our first baby due any minute so can\'t be too far from home in Hereford atm and trying to crack on with the new job near Camberley,so my time is majorly split..
Car is still ....ing water out its front plate so won\'t be seeing her again for a couple of weeks.

Its Rage Spectra flash paint. 8 coats of base coat. 8 coats of spectra. Then 8 coats of laquer.. Yes it does catch the eye doesn\'t it..:yes

bbfc it was probably harry bucklands that will and deb were on about... not sure how keen i would be about buying an engine from there.... there is a couple on fduk for sale by a guy called feed rocket but i think they are fd engines... dunno if they drop in a fc easy?

harry bucklands is a bit hit and miss, if the car is there i wouldnt wanna take the engine out of it lol, it would be a case u would have to go take it also they wont get it out for u lol, its one of them pic and mix scrappys that you walk around and pinch stuff from lol might be worth checking twigworth breakers, they are more likely to have a good one!
bbcfc, i just posted on that link for you, its a 2k mile fc engine rebuilt at reworks, guy wants 300 quid for it!

yep, its in harry bucks. Again, it is hit n miss but it\'s usually worth a look.Twigworth breakers is pretty good and I\'ve also had luck with Cleeve motor salvage...although one part burnt down, I\'m not sure if it was the showroom or the parts depo.

Could meet at Gloucester Quay now its all finished. Might have to pay for parking though and doubt we\'d all get the car\'s next to eachother.
