Title: towing ?

i have a fd rx7 but i was wondering can they be towed? i have heard about messing up diff\'s and gearboxs if you do this but i was\'nt sure if its the same for the rx7 has anyone else done this      ?:WaveBye

As long as it isnt an Auto it will be fine.

lol just like any other car if its a manual gearbox , leave it in neutral gear, I have been towed many a time in the past lol

Yep, they will be fine, just dont do what my lass did. Towing me with a 1.6 civic and she tried pulling away in 3rd, leaving me sitting across a lane with fast moving traffic approaching while we moved at 3mph!

Whatever you do - DONT attach rope to front strutbrace - i did this to get halued onto a low-loader and tore it to shreds - apparently theres a good few strengthened eyes around the block you can use if its a pain in the archie to get access behind the bumper.

I had to remove my aftermarket front bumper to get to my towing eyes

sweet could advice guys thanks just thinking of options of picking my rx7 up from cambridge and getting it to wetherby anybody facy earning some x-mas cash?
