Current mods:
blitz induction
blitz bov
chipped ecu
3" straight exhaust (de-cat)
stock ports
with that out the way.. going to add a PFC and larger turbo and also want to add larger injectors (1000cc plus)
have listed these parts to support:
walbro 255lp fuel pump
fuel pump regulator
anyone got any ideas what make injectors / fuel pump regulator to buy n where to buy from?
or would this be a simpler option?
complete fuel system (http://www.rx7store.net/product_p/extremefuel.htm)
are there any other parts i need to uprate or add for the above setup?
cheers =)
also what do i need to be able to remove the AMF in the intake?
For a Series 5 walbro pump, be careful, as I found out to my cost, most RX7 kits that are ment for the FC are actually for the S4. Prof managed to find somewhere on ebay that sold the correct Walbro pump AND the correct fitting kit for the S5.

or this 1 (they are the same)

Please note that neither kit has the flexi-hose that is ment for the S4, also check out the fact that both kits have the pump isolator (that black thing) and also has an O ring.
You don\'t need to upgrade the fuel lines on an FC, they are good for about 600bhp or so :) woop lol just need to upgrade the pump as its getting old lol I think I have the fitting photos from when I went over to Profs somewhere before my new camera got stolen :(
Hope that helps :)

The power FC will let you run without the airflow meter - but you may need to get a better MAP sensor, as the stock TII one won\'t be sufficient.
ooo, what injectors were in there mate? & would you be looking to sell?? A mate of mine is turboing a civic & aparantly the FC 550 injectors fit straight in!!
PM me if you can ;)

thanks for the heads up =)
i got S5 so should b fine =)

I think the Power FC allows you to run with several different types. If you are going to run 1 Bar of boost or just over, you\'ll need a 3 Bar sensor (1 Bar in the vacuum, and 2 Bar in boost).
I\'ve got a GM 3 Bar sensor - I had it for the eManage, but it wasn\'t on the list of sensors that piggy back supports so you had to work out boost values and plug in voltages - not ideal.
Check to see if the Power FC can use it - if it can, it\'s yours for a tenner plus postage
cool thanks =)
will check it out when the pfc arrives =)
just out of interest, do you have an oil pressure regulator in your fc?
wondering if i would be better off putting one in whilst im doin everything else..

No worries. Oil pressure regulator - there is a device in the oil system which sets the pressure - you can get uprated devices which run the system at a higher pressure for the same engine revs.
If you\'re doing the oil system there are some other mods you might consider also :
- sump pan baffle - keeps the oil from sloshing about too much under hard conering
- Oil pellet shim - just a few washers or a metalic slug if you buy one premaid - prevents problems with the pellet failing to open when the engine warms
- additional 1/8 npt tap for oil temp sender
- Braided oil lines
wow.. so many.. i think i leave the oil for later on when i get pfc sorted
cheers =)
