Title: dial problem
Post by: civicboy28 on December 12, 2008, 06:38:13 PM
Hi guys,

Have a little problem. my speedo has slowed down, and is under reading and reacting slowly. is it an easy fix or do i need another set of dials?

If so can i get the milage changed to reflect my current chassis millage?

Cheers in advance

You can\'t actually alter the miles on an RX7 but you can \'dump\' certain mileages into the mileage memory. You can zero it and possibly pulse it near to where you want to be but it\'s easier to get a replacement set, zero it but obviously keep a good record, with pics, of the actual mileage run. Hope this makes sense!
Dave.

ok thanks for your help. I have just had the motor rebuilt so seems as good as time as any to get a new set and zero them
