Seems you can only get a few colous in matt or satin.  Only a few look good.  We tried a burgundy sample for my bros car and it looked like fence paint!

There is a shop on eBay that has colur charts, samples and paint if you need a supplier :)

prob just the fact it has no spoiler and the satin black against the tints on the rear window. nicked it from a project thread on rx7club anyway.

notice you are quite local to me, ever go to the jap meet reading? :driving

How about going for the awesome Shade Green colour from the Infini IV?

Matt paint was good 5 years ago but its a bit nortorious for rat/ghetto looking cars nowadays.

Everyone knows you can only use chalkboard paint on old American pickups with a gun rack on board and and a Confederate flag in the rear window!:Giggle

I\'ve got a pic of an FC in matt black that i fecked around with in photoshop. I think it looks awesome! I\'ll stick it up soon.

I think its to aid dropping temp in the engine bay.

Ahhh.. thought as much.. i\'ve actually grown to like them kinda.. but i would imagine you would get loads of people saying "Hey mate, your boot is open."

Yeah its to allow more cold air to get under the bonnet or allow more hot air out. My mate has done it to his Skyline.

Does it still open from the front?

Yeah you just put some riser blocks under the hinge of the bonnet. I\'ll take some pic\'s next time I see him/his car.

jap meet in reading is every 3rd thurs of the mth at B and Q.
i only went once n met prof there n sadgoth. only 2 fcs there as others were feelin ill.
be good to get a gd fc / fd turn out once.. mainly scooby n evos there. few silly car (oops ment celica), 300zx, skyline (i wont say skybus cos it had like 800bhp!!) n fe others..

ppl say mixed things about raising the back of the hood as there can be backpressure which does not actually allow hot air out.. that wot i heard..
