Definitely look like Mazdaspeed MS-01s, which were indeed made under license by Ray\'s

ah think they must be ms-01 then, ive just seen that the reason half the pictures are different is because they also made ms-01 MAG which are totally different. also everyone elses seem to be gold and mine are silver!

any idea if they are still buyable? or their weight? do they come standard on certain models?

MAG could well stand for magnesium could it not?! and if so, you are in the possession of some very rare and expensive rims my friend!! they would be extremely light a v strong.... unfortunately flammable too!!
Of course I could well be speaking out of my **** #;o)

yes it does stand for magnesium, these are not the wheels i have though unfortunately, they are more like enkei wheels you usually see on evos and the like. I hope mine arent too rare as they arent in the best nick!

Refurb them mate.......

They are easy to do as a DIY... they are 2 piece split rims so you don\'t have to worry about sealing up the joint like you do on the RE:A splits!! I\'ve got the MSO1\'s on mine & like you said, when I stipped the old paint off mine I had 3 bronze & one silver, but trust me, thay are exactly the same casting & weight!! at best they would have been an extra, but I\'m prety sure they weren\'t Std fit on any model!!

Here are mine in the refurb & after:

MS01s

The MS01S is the cast ally split wheel that you have :)

The MS01 (Note lack of S) is the mag forged 5 spoke that bears a resemblance to the Nismo LMGT4, URAS NS01, and has been ripped off and beaten to death by Rota with their GTR.

They are MS01\'s, I have them on mine, they are easy to refurb the centers its just the kurb marks on the outer rim that need time taken on.
I think they only weigh about 7.5kg a wheel with out tyre.

right im pretty sure I have the ones jono has, except his centre caps seem a lot more flush than mine! also nice numberplate lol. seems like a lot of the pictures on the web are labelled wrong, as if you search google for ms-01s most if not all the images are ms-01 (the forged 5 spokes)

thanks all :)

I like being a pedant :D
Jono\'s centre caps aren\'t the originals - the originals are like one large nut :)

slighly off topic, is it possible to refurb polished metal alloy rims; most places seem to fill them and spray them silver?
