Last week my perfect 1990 rx7 turbo cabrio was destroyed by a drunk driver in a van samshing into it while it was parked on the pavement outside my house (It was 3 in the morning & I slept through it, despite 2 police cars, an ambulance & a fire engine being outside!!!)
Anyway the insurance company have written it off (£3000 to repair it)
They are going to offer me £2300
Is this a reasonable offer as the selling price of these seems to vary hugely
Opinions please!!!!!!
Ta very much

Never agree with their first offer, even more so as it was not your fault. Stick to your guns and demand more, telling them that you could not replace what you had with the little that they are offering.
Fish
it all depends on the condition, though the t2 cabs are often more expencive then the coupe\'s, a coupe in mint condition i\'d say should be 3k(i was looking for one for months to no avail) and a mint t2 cab i\'ve seen for over 4k.
also i wouldn\'t accept their offer untill your happy with it, just tell them the current price to buy a car the same condition as yours.
