hi guys today after much swearing and throwing screwdrivers round i finally gave up on fixinf my lock.
Can someone help me, i cannot for the lift of me get the link from the lock barrel in the handle to stay in the door latch mechanism (which the interior lock switch is also attaches to) even with the plastic clip over it it always seems to pop out out when i push the lock down. if you understand what i\'m trying to explain.
hi mate have you pushed the rod in and then turned plastic clip till it locks in place
yeah mate, but it keeps unclipping itself from in there after a couple of turns with the key. any other ideas??
could try and clip it in place and then put a wire tie around it done this in the past on other cars
yeah i\'ll have to have a go at this when i have some time. cheers
