Title: Car cover
Post by: ACCR on November 11, 2008, 10:23:09 AM
Hello,

I am considering to buy a car cover for the winter. The car will be stored outside. I dont have an option for a garage or anything else. Does anyone try this cover.

I have a 99 JDM Rx7. Will these cover fits on this car? Or will be a problem with the rear wing and front bumper lip?

I would like to hear your opinion.

I wont drive the car during winter. Once a week or two, the car will be started just for the fuids and the engine.

Thanks!

Hi Mate,

I had real problems when I tried using one, I bought a fitted breathable cover which was a very tight fit, but after taking it off after a few days it had rubber dull marks all over the car.

I would point out Phil was not using one of ours.
Others here have used them without complaint of rubbing, see his thread.

If you give photos with complete measurements it will be tailored to fit at no extra charge, as there designed to fit a stock car.
