If it helps, here is a link to the two most popular types of pads we sell,

A lot will depend on what you use the car for, i.e. road, fast road or track work,

Hawk HT-10 on mine I think (got them from Clive!) Used with the Racing Brake grooved discs, they\'re good on track and fine on the road (just need a couple of mild stops to get them up to temp).

If it\'s just for the road, I\'d always recommend Mintex pads, used them in my Integras for years and always very impressed with the stopping power.

Yes, the Fast road Hawk pads we supply in simple terms and without getting too complicated, will give the car better overall stopping power and the pads themselves will have less resistance to fade, which is where the pad overheats and stops gripping, and this is dangerous! .

We sell these Hawk pads as a full set because we strongly recommend the braking upgrade is carried out both front and back otherwise you will end up with too much increased braking to one end of the car which is potentially unsafe.

Hope this helps

Depends what you use the car for. My personal choice for predominantly road use would be Project Mu Streets. Excellent cold bite, great fade resistance, good lifespan, and good when hot. Also not too bad on the occasional track session. Good money too.
For a bit more track work, Ferodo DS2500\'s are very good, but can leave excessive buildup on the discs. Not very good from cold but brilliant once there\'s some heat in them. Stop you time and time again with no bother. Have been known to overheat discs though.

I run Project Mu pads with their SSC discs.  Pricey as fook, but top-notch :)

I have just placed an order on MRP for the combined Hawk pad kit.

They will do for now until I can get some AP\'s or something on there...

I run Hawk HP Plus on the front which are brill for road and fast track use, (Im at the track at least once a month and am on my 2nd set this year.) Rears have been using Red Stuff but they are no good on the track. They wear out very quickly. Would reccomend Yellow stuff or Hawk for the rears.

Ferodo DS2500\'s are excellent pads but as stated they have been known to melt discs if your not running some good discs aswell. You wont go wrong with Hawk though.

I have been running Hawk Blue 9012 pads on the front lately.  They work ok on road and very well on track.  The only drawback is they are quite heavy on the discs and last about 3 trackdays.  I was thinking of trying ferrodo ds3000 pads next. Has anybody tried these.
