very expensive and to be honest not really worth it.  Having a good clear intake with cold air and a good intercooler system is far better.  What happens when the impellor brakes? goes straight down the turbo!!  All it is a electric impellor that simply compresses the air before your turbo compresses the air further.  Its a simple rule that the more you can compress a gas/fluid then the more energy you will get out of it when you add some fuel and spark.  That equates to more BHP.  In theory they work but something has to generate that extra 30 amps so your alternator has to work harder.  You can get the non electric ones thats simply an impellor, I have one but will not fit it to a turbo engine let alone a rotary.

You\'ll find a couple of other threads about this and other similar BHP boosters, started a couple of months ago iirc... money sinks really.
