Just wondering if there was a way in which i can get the original key code for my key. I have just got a new blank key from Rich (many thanks rich :) ) and i don\'t want some muppet at a key cutting place to get it all wrong as the key i got with the car is badly worn. So i am looking to get the original code so i can get it cut right first time. Any help would be great.

You will only get the key number from the tag that comes with the original keys. They can not even tell from the chassis number.
If the place you take the key to be cut at cant get it right the first time, get them to go over it again. I did and it worked the second time around. ;)

although if they take too much off as mister minit did with my first key then yer boogered
