Title: Injector duty

Mine were maxing out tonight at 99.8%

I presume this is bad :2Rolleyes

Does this mean I could be running lean?  Boost is up above normal, probably because of the cold weather - but I would have thought the boost controller would stop it over-boosting :2Confused

99.8% could well be bad - anything over low 90\'s and you\'ve no guarantee that you\'re getting the fueling you think you are

As for the boost controller, provided your wastegates can handle the excess boost, then the boost controller can pevent over boosting if set correctly - but you may be getting boost creep / boost spikes, which coupled with that high injector duty could spell problems.

Its a blitz boost controller, the spec is broadly single turbo, 850 primary and secondary injectors, apexi power fc and streetported.

you may need to uprate your secondary injectors to 1600cc to cope
