Title: noob question about bleeding the coolant system

as the title says this is a really noobish question but can someone tell me exactly how to bleed the system? i know you have to take the throttle body hose off but whats the procedure?

Easiest way mate is to take the throttle body hose off like you say, and fill the system slowly.  I did this by cutting up a coke bottle, putting the lid on and drilling a 4mm hole in it so it just trickles out slowly, then just wait for the coolant to come out the TB hose, reconnect it, run the car for 10 mins, switch off and check :D:D
 
Never had a problem with mine doing this :D
