Title: Engine torque dampeners

does anyone know where i can get one of these from and for how much? also would stiffer engine mounts help too?

You can usually find engine dampers on ebay (here or america). If not try they traders on here, banners at the top.
I\'ve been told that my car has solid engine mounts and i must say you do feel a lot more vibration though the body of the car.

Some people say they are a bit of a sticking plaster for worn engine mounts ;) So i\'d look at doing the mounts first. Then, if you still feel the need for one, don\'t get one of the ebay rubber tube filled ones, get a proper one that is tuned to the frequencies the car produces. Othewise all you\'ll have is snake oil :)

would agree with replacing engine mounts first- solid may be over kill though. if you can get a pair i would highly recomend Noltec mounts.
