Was looking at some FC3s on google images and stumbled across this one.. I don\'t think ive seen a spoiler on one like this one.. does anyone know what kind it is and how easy it would be to trace one down??

Might it be this RE Amemiya one? If it is, you\'ve probably got a fair chance of tracking one down as they\'re one of the bigger shops. Dunno whether it\'d still be in production, though, maybe try their website?

What are everyones views on the big silly spoilers?.. As much as ive always hated them.. i think id quite fancy something big and badass on my RX7.. am i being silly?
I think the FC\'s back end is one of few that really benefits from a big, high spoiler. Maybe not a huge GT wing, but one like that Amemiya one is perfect. IMHO! Not sure everyone would agree.....

depends on what else you have done to the car. If for example you are running standard bodywork, standard alloys and a HUGE spoiler you might look a bit silly. How ever, running slightly \'chunkier\' bodywork and aftermarket alloys it might work well together, paint shop pro i belive is the best thing to use to see if something will suit you car... however i have no idea how to use it. LoL
That is very true. I guess i would only consider it if i had the bad ass body kit to go with it.. maybe in a few months.

there is a thread with a black fc with a rx8 engine. that had a gt wing on it.. looks nice (cant rem link though)
otherwise i quite like the stock TII wing. personal pref =)

Is this the thread with the Black FC? Looks pretty nice. not so keen on the style of the spoiler itself but still looks really cool.

looks good again spoiler not really for me though. I can understand the gear box (ratios etc) but why put an rx8 engine in a fc? less power and harder to turbo??

Good Q! ive got a set of HKS coilovers on mine at the mo but got Teins on the other no sure which i would keep though. money wise i have no idea new there about a grand. but thats new so second hand not sure would consider offers though.:3Confused

The engine that came out wasn\'t a turbo so have gone from 160ish bhp (I dunno!) to 230ish with a couple thousand more revs :)
oh all makes sence now, I remember reading about some company in japan that managed to turbo an rx8 few months after it was launched apparently it was a nightmare. well done though mate sounds like a fair bit of engineering to get it in!!

Morning dudes. I think when i get my coil overs my budget will be about £350-£400 max.. even if it means a crappy set.. as long as they do the trick.. was originally going to go for springs.. but the car will look much nicer if you can sit it perfectly above the wheels. Still sorting out courier details with Andy who i am buying my wheels from.. then i\'ll need new tyres and THEN i will think about coilovers.. hehe.
