Use bolts in the coolant lines and vacuum hoses

I got some vacuum caps from here:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/MOPAR-FORD-CHEVY-HOLLEY-CARB-VACUUM-CAP-KIT_W0QQitemZ320290234058QQcmdZViewItem?_trksid=p3286.m20.l1116

His eBay shop: http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Dustys-Speed-Shop

Perfect for me adn a good service.

As for the coolant caps, I couldn\'t find anything suitable at all... I don\'t know if silicone is any good for this application, I\'d not trust rubber. I did hear mention of plumbing supplies (which should be up to the heat and pressure) but again would rather something "automotive". So I\'ve getto\'d it with a bolt, bit of hylomar and a cip on the old hose.

It\'s hardly a bodge: it\'ll work, and it\'ll work well. But if you want something a bit more intended for the job, viper performance do large bore caps that should fit your coolant pipes.
