Hi Fish,

which gauge pod did you order? how long it it take to arrive at your door? and how much $$$ did it cost in total? I like the look of the 2 gauge pod but i would always regret not getting the 3 one especially if i suddenly needed/aquired another gauge  *lol*

Do you have experience of both companies? its just that i don\'t like parting with cash witout knowing that i\'m definitely getting something for it:(

Cheers, Paul:)

Yes they do come in right hand drive versions.

I got mine from Henning (FDUK) when he got a load in, not sure if he has any left. I got mine over a year ago.

antnicuk,

Both of the US vendors, that Fish has provided links to, offer RHD versions, just be specific when ordering. I purchased a triple pod direct from the second US link, paid using Paypal, arrived about a week later. No problems other than having to go to collect from the local sorting office and pay duty.

Sort of stuck with the rest

Where is the best place to get gauges?? I like the hks stuff (most people do)

Probably worth a try - I got mine from him last month so he may have a few in.

hello!
i\'ve been trying to get a triple center gauge pod for ages now!
i ordered mine from some usless t*sser at "torque sport uk" in the begggining of december and he\'s messed me about so much!
so i strongly don\'t recomend him !
:reallymad
n e way i\'ve decided to go it alone and get it meself. i\'ve clicked on the second link but there was no sign of the the triple one? does n e please have n e info on how to contact hennings at FDUK?
thanks alot

one day i\'ll get one i swear!!!!:)

tomrex,

If you want a triple pod then you need Fish\'s first link, the second one is twin pod only.  Henning has a user id here but has only previously supplied the twin pod.

I found flyrx7 pretty reliable and he is will known on //www.rx7forum.com.  I think he makes them in small batches depending on demand, IMHO I would rather buy direct from him rather than via a third party such as torque sport.

See if we can get a group discount if we order a couple/few:D  Cos i\'ll have one aswell and i\'m sure a few others will want to jump on the band wagon ;)

Let me know what you think and if he gave you anymore info.

Cool m8, so what should our next step be???? See if more people want em or just try and get a little discount for 2? Anyway i\'m in no real rush, but the cheaper we can get em for the happier i would be:bandit ;)

Let me know your opinion, cheers,

OK the best way for you guys to progress this is to start another thread with a poll in it. Someone then needs to take on the role of getting deposits from people so as to confirm a purchase.

Think we\'re after the 3 gauge pods Monkeyboy, unless ofcourse you fancy one of them??

Ok i\'ll put up a new thread tomorrow morning with a poll on it.

Paul:)

P.S. Fish, why the need for a poll? as it\'ll only tell me number and not who wants em?

LOL, i\'ve just sent him one also, asking about how much discount we\'d get depending on how many we order. I also mentioned that you were involved with our little group buy, so hopefully he shouldn\'t think that there are two massive groups of people wanting to buy gauges from him :eek ;)

Cheers,

Paul:)

Are you ordering doubles as well
Title: PODs for gauges
Post by: Wav on March 26, 2004, 10:53:23 PM
Right so most people seem to want doubles and not triples. Except fo Tomrex and myself  ;) Maybe the best way would be to approach this henning guy as he may still have soem double gauges left to sell or may at least know how much discount we can expect.

Will set up another thread now, cheers,

Paul:)

Anyone ordered these yet??? I wouldn\'t mind a triple....
Title: PODs for gauges
Post by: kevint on March 29, 2004, 08:13:13 AM
The problem is that the guy who makes the triples in the US is out of stock.  It will be several weeks, at least, before he makes another batch.  I am hoping to order several from him so they can be available in the UK.  If you urgently require a centre speaker gauge pod then I would try Henning (@fduk.org) for a twin pod in the meantime.

I have had twin and triple pods, both are very good quality.
