Post by: Bobbit on August 28, 2008, 01:46:52 PM
I getting a new water temp gauge and decided to go for a sender adapter: http://www.rspec.co.uk/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=87_88&zenid=38b99e8e0178765ffb9b89eef4aa514b but i\'m not sure what size i will need to get to fit a stock water pipe. Anyone know?
Thanks
Rob

Have you got standard rad hoses? I had/have silicone and I couldn\'t stop leaks for love nor money regardless of what sealant I used! Ended up putting a standard hose back on (the silicone one had of course been cut by then) and doing without the extra water gauge (got a PFC Commander anyway).

Yeah, i\'ve got standard hoses. Although as i\'m planning on getting a PFC soon there doesn\'t seem to be much point in getting a water temp gauge, athough it would be easier to check a gauge than trying to view the commander while driving.
