Quick question which ive had a look for and cant find the answer to, i need a power fc + commander for my \'92 K reg FD. Im slightly comfused as to which one ill need with model numbers etc would anyone be able to clarify?

8 bit. That easy really. Power FC for 92 - 95 FD.
Just make sure you get the right version for the year of the car. FD\'s changed from 8bit to 16bit in the last quarter of 1995 and the connectors are different. If it\'s a 92,93,94,or early 95, you\'ll need the model number 414AZ004

I\'m also looking for a PowerFC and Commander.
Anyone used any of the linked sites before? How are they for reliability, etc?

Wouldnt bother, my last order from nengun took 3.5 months to arrive (and it wasnt exactly what I asked for!).
Try RHDJapan or one of the UK companies :)

I\'ve not had problems from nengun. I\'ve ordered a couple of things from them. It does take a while, i must admit. But their prices were good for me!

My last order was enough for me. Told it had been shipped after a couple of weeks then delay after delay for 3 1/2 month.
Its far far cheaper to buy from RHDJapan and the service is top notch :)

Cool, fair enough. If i have any more part needs, may look into them then.
Ordered one from rhdjapan the day after I posted above, and it arrived today (a day over 1 week) :)

How can you tell on a 92-95 that the commander is the correct one for the pfc??
I have heard on the earlier models that only the matching commander will work ???
Is there a part no. on the commander that i can match with the 004 type ecu.

Thats a bit unfair and misleading, i seem to recall apexi japan ran out of them and no one could get hold of them for a while.
Got mine from nengun about 2 years ago. Was the cheapest place to buy at the time. I waited about 3-4 weeks for delivery
