I\'m after the exact measurements of a plate to fill the \'plinth\' on the 99 spec front bumper - I\'m after a 2 line plate - I\'ve currently got a stupid small plate and I want a near conventional size 2 line job. Don\'t suppose anyone know swhat size they are are?

I have a 99spec front.
Have a look at my avatar, is that what you are after?
I have changed mine to the small one, so I went and looked hard for my old plate, found it and here it is:
Length 28.5cm
Height 25cm

Standard Japanese plate size for your front bumper is 13" x 6.5" (330mm x 165mm).

my mistake it is 20.5 cm in height...the hit is getting to me since my a / c has packed up LOL
