Title: E.D.F.C settings?
Post by: FEED Addict on June 30, 2008, 02:27:38 PM
Just fitted EDFC (have type flex) at the weekend has anybody experimented with this and what are the best settings to save? Currently set at softest for country roads and a hard setting for motorways until i get more time to play! :driving

Hmmm - i could be speaking out the wrong end here, but...

I would have thought you would want a soft setting for the motorway - you\'re not going to be throwing it around, so you don\'t need a stiff ride, and softening it up would smooth out the ride on our quality roads...

Likewise, a stiff setting for the country roads would allow you to throw it around a bit more, without suffering from excessive body roll.

I guess the appropriate setting is more controlled by how you\'re driving at that point, rather than where you are driving...
