Full Club Members:-We are offering Full Club members weekend tickets at £10.00 each restricted to 2 per member. This ticket includes camping on the Saturday night only

Thanks to those of you that have already bought your tickets.
We have amended the fee (postage) to £1.50. Although I will not be sending out the tickets you will collect them at Santa Pod, the fee covers our booking fee costs for paying for the total of the advanced tickets and also covers the paypal fee that we lose on every transaction.
For those of you that have already paid, I will refund you back via paypal.

All the tickets have now been ordered, the deadline for addtional tickets from Santa Pod was today - which is why they have now been taken off the shop. I have put up plenty of posts to say that the deadline was yesterday.
Once I have allocated everyone\'s ticket - should there be any spares, I will let you.

As I worked full -time I needed to know the final number as of Thursday evening in order that I could buy them from Santa Pod - their deadline for the tickets on Friday. I do not have access to the intenet during work to keep checking whether there were any more ticket sales and then keep changing the numbers to give to Santa Pod.
If you phone Santa Pod now, you may still get them at the advanced ticket price.

You will be able to pick up spare stand passes from the Advanced Ticket Booth as I will be leaving any spares ones there. Just ask for a stand pass for Mazdarotaryclub as the box with everything in will have an MRC sticker on for ease for the staff.
