I have no job now and the RX7 ran out of MoT and Tax all in the same bloody month and alas i need to set priorities so i can\'t logically keep her anymore.
I bought the car in february and have done just over 3000 almost trouble free miles in her (backbox fell off on the way home once) mileage is currently at 88000 but i\'ll have to confirm that. The only thing that has gone wrong with her is the screamer pipe fell off but that\'s not really a problem and the NS backbox came off (dam speed bumps) thats been replaced with a used one.
There is no rust anywhere on the car except the sunroof which doesnt actually open (i think the running gear needs oiling). the only other thing on the car that doesn\'t work is the rear washer, the pipe seems to have broken somewhere and when used it tries to fill the boot with washer fluid...Oh and she needs some new speakers as the old ones have blown!! to be honest i just listen to the engine anyway.
The bodywork looks a bit tatty at the moment with a medium sized dent in the NSRear panel and she\'s had a "blow over" sometime in her past and the paint is coming off around the drivers door. But when she\'s polished up she looks fantastic so much so that i dont really want to do now because i\'ll probably find an excuse to keep her :2Rolleyes
the only other thing i can think of is that she\'ll need two front tyres to get through the MoT.
As you can tell don\'t want to get rid of her at all but needs must. I will get some pics up later on today...

dthbuk - Engine is fine apparently they\'re good for 100,000 miles and she\'s only got 88,000 so she\'s atleast good for another year. I personnally think she\'ll go on for longer.
You can have her for £250 no tax or mot as i say but everything works right down to the cruise control.
yb52luo - The dials took two days to fit 1 at my friends house and when we gave up it went to a Marque Specialist. So they really aren\'t coming out again...Sorry.

my engine has 110 k miles and it had a rebuild 40 k ago....its not strong
but 250... ill have to think hard about that one.

Basically the guy who owned the car before decided it had too many scratches so he got it "blown over" with some new paint...Unfortunately it was a cheap job so no prep was put into the bodywork. Anyway long story short during the high winds last year a push bike was blown through the drivers side window and the guy taped up the window with duck tape...once pulled off it took some of the "new paint" with it. :3Confused
i was going to mention it looked like some kind of paint.
also i was loving the cars down your road, the triumph next to it was amazing and there was an old porsche (944 was it?)

The Triumph is mine aswell :D . And i want the 944 but it hasn\'t moved in well over 3 years so probably something quite wrong with it.

Well, if it was MOT\'d and driveable I might be able to help with that as at one point in the next couple of months I have to get another cage up to my mates in Bolton for a paint job, so that might save me at least part of a train ticket.
