Right my turbo is fooked. It\'s taken 2 weeks for my turbo to let go. thrust washer worn and oil seal p1ssing out.
I\'m in two minds whether to send the turbo for repair or buy a cheapish replacement, There\'s a few on flea-bay below.
I\'ve got a Garrett T04S at the mo and want to keep along those line\'s(Don\'t\' want to remap for a bigger turbo), If I bought one of the below would I be able to swop the exhaust housing over? Can\'t see why not

How old was your turbo?
Not sure how old it was but I had it fully rebuilt before it was fitted, new shaft, compressor wheel, bearings, seals the lot, 600 quid later!!
I don\'t fancy spending another 600 large on a rebuild Lol, Wonder if anyone has a cheap T04R or somthing on the line\'s of a T04S??
I can get you a mahosive turbo for £650 brand new!!!
How big is mahosive? Im only on standard ports so im a bit limited to what I can fit don\'t fancy sh1t loads of lag if you know what i mean
