Title: Viton/US check valves - Problems
Post by: m4drx on May 27, 2008, 12:50:40 PM
hi guys,

I am wondering how many of you have had problems using the above.

I have noticed that more and more people are having problems using them and i have found mine to stick closed if not used for a short period. They seem to be well worse than stock.

any thoughts would be good to see.

How many check valves are there in the system. Are there more in the pre 99 than post 99 ?

4 check valves in total in the stock rats nest.

Viton are far superior to stock T. I cant see the check valves causing the problems it may be another component that is misbehaving. Maybe the stock check valve just covers up the problem?

Mine have been fine but i\'ve only got 2 checkvalves in the ratsnest anyway so if they fail, i have the other 2 viton valves spare.

just made me wonder thats all as i am certain the block up with lack of use.
