Not really as it managed to dislodge my turbo heatshild and almost lock up the steering by catching itself on the steering colum! lol not good! bit too bumpy lol

oh btw, t2rew (http://www.mazdarotaryclub.com/forums/member.php?u=18) how easy was it to take those back seats out your coupe? im thinking of doing that to mine as they actually have no use lol does the carpet go right under them or do I need to put some more in?

And I thought I was the only one that has happened to. Scary isn\'t it! Not being able to turn or straighten up. I got mine tacked back into place so it shouldn\'t happen again.

4 bolts iirc. the carpet goes up the back of the seat. ive got the jap spec rear bins. i want to see finished modified like mine:yes screemers look good, still havent seen anything like mine. i mean the best in the country :p:Giggle

the front headlights are "Hella 90mm , as fitted to TVRs the front indicators in between the headlights are available from "Busters" a motorcycle spares supplier in Wales, the front foglights are from the USA, ( HAVE A LOOK AT www, snyper.net website for all the info)

Not finished but getting closer... Need to sort out some large wheels and set up the coilovers (badly! - the back is about an inch higher than the front).

I got the vented headlight cover unpainted/unfitted with the car. I might have some copies soon if you\'re interested and replikit don\'t beat me to it :).
Thnx Gandy, about a year and 3 months hard work has gone into it so far, about 90% complete, and 90% changed too!

lil ben, wondering if you could tell me a bit about what the egi\'s is like to drift? i currently have one and i\'m looking for a drift car, im just not sure whether to strip the fc and buy a banger as a daily, or to buy an e30. Just wanted to know if its capable enough really?

Hard work ! Although it\'s mine, it\'s not the best learner car really. It might be better with a few actual drift mods like coilovers, bucket seat and hydro handbrake........ A couple of things let it down, lack of torque and not much steering lock.
You\'d be looking more like a drifter quicker in something else like an s13 but the EGI will teach you things they don\'t and be very satisfying when you are drifting it round as you know you\'ve put extra effort it to get it to do it. That\'s the most unbiased opinion I can give lol Love mine though :D

well tbh i just wanna get out there. Wont be able to afford an s13, id be looking at a high milage therefore within rebuild territory or generally falling to bits. Thanks for the info anyhu much appreciated :Thumbs-up

yea, the common idea on driftworks is that if you learn to push a less powerfull car it will make you all the better than not really pushing a higher power car...or something along those lines.
talking of driftworks....Neil are you difrting the car yet :D
