did anyone else go? weather was red hot Sunday much better event at Silverstone than Donnington last year and the f1 car was amazing as always!!
a few more
Last few pics
lets try that again
We went and really enjoyed it. Very well organised, some good racing and always good to see/hear a grand prix car. Who drove the GP car? They weren\'t holding back coming out of Luffield.
Kevin
carn\'t remember his name (frence bloke) i did hear them saying it was the first time he had driven it! think thats why he really went for it on the sunday
it was great even the fact you can wonder around the pit it would never happen in F1

I think it was Roman Grosjean from GP2 series.
He did a good job considering it was his first time !!
Good day out, will be back next year :D
there was no problem with the track breaking up either, although there was very nearly a smash with the 3.5 renualts coming out of the pits to line up!

My daughter went to this yesterday as she works for ING Direct who sponsor Renault so lots of free tickets from work.
She said that she had a great day and said there were 30,000 people there!
i heard they gave out 130,000 tickets  maybe 30,000 on Sat but a lot more Sunday thanks to the sun!!
Hope no one was going home north from there yesterday - the traffic was horrdenous going that way! Fortunately we were heading south on the way back from Rockingham!
I was there all weekend in the collectors area with my Renault 8.It was a really good weekend.
Went on sat although the weather was overcast all day. Should have gone on sunday now. Still a great day out, would be even better without the missis moaning lol
