Title: What happens when the previous owner ignores the leaking powersteering cooler pipe...
Post by: m1tch on April 24, 2008, 02:45:13 PM
Here are some photos of the front of my FC, the previous owner said that it was low on fluid...thats cause it had emptied itself all over my oil cooler and radiator lol its obviously been like that for a while cause it took ages to clean off cause of all the rubbish that had stuck to it. After Prof gave me some leak fixer for the power steering system it seems happy now lol but I will probably get a new pipe off Mr. Pete Taylor :)

Check out the mess:

Needless to say, the car now runs a bit cooler as there is now airflow to the radiator and oil cooler lol :D

blimey thats a mess, take it you found the cooler pipe you needed, still have one if its needed along with all the other ones. I\'m looking to install an FD twin setup as i have the set but not sure, fair bit of work and need to get the plumbing sorted.
