Title: Newbi WHICH OIL

Hi team
I\'ve just got my self my first rx7 fd and just wanted to know which oil to use i know there is a lot of thread on this but to be honest im very confused, my car is standerd with around 60000 miles on the clock and its an import please help :confused:

ive just got some shell helix ultra 5w-30 fully synthetic is this oil ok for my rex

on my warrenty sheet from rotechniks it says "only high quality mineral oil should be used. synthetic oil must not be used"

they used Havoline extra 10/40

Castrol GTX 10/40 mineral.

Easy to get and does the job perfectly well.

I ONLY USE THIS.......and I run big bhp, on the street and on track, as per my sig... HTH:Thumbs-up
