I have ordered some new plugs 2x8;s and 2x9\'s as i could not get hold of any 7\'s they are well rare. The plugs are all NGK\'s by the way.

\'Rightly or wrongly\', 95% of all FD\'s that have been serviced in the UK I would guess are running with 9s both L-ing and T-ing - largely without issue.

Use 9s all around and use the £savings£ of 9s over 7 or 8s to change them as regularly as you can; I dont imagine a new set of 9s is much worse for starting/running than a used set of 7s and 9s...

Where did u get your 8s from out of interest?

Good price for 8\'s, not bad for 9s...

I presume 7s was just a \'no\'?
