i thought there was a seprate feed to the speedo? i didnt think the speedo came off of the ecu. i might try and take off my speed convertor and see if it makes a diffrence

if i cant get it working i think i will try and take a wire from the speed convertor

converter chip should do anything than convert the signal.  The signal travels along the same bit of wiring to the clock face, you just put something inline.

naa its the rpm and injector duty wire that is the same. i did my speedo convertor myself and thats just at the back of the clock\'s which is why i dont think it would be that. there inst a wire going back out though to the ecu, well to my knowlage anyway.

ive read that some ppl cut the ecu speed wire to get rid of the 112 speed limit. i thought this might have been the case on mine but i cant seem to find anywhere that it might have been cut.
