Post by: marcusd666 on April 06, 2008, 10:31:02 PM
Hi there all. I have just got my new RX7 1992 type r this week and need to know how to get to the back of the speedo to fit a converter chip (KPH to MPH). Which panels on the dash need to come off first and is there any hidden clips or screws I need to know about. Hope you guys can help as I new here thanks.

youre luck is in i replaced my dash panel yesterday
Firstly i removed the panel below it 2 screws at the back
Then remove two screws on the underside of the dash panel it should then just pull forward and you can reach round and disconect the wires. Think if i remember rite you mite have to remove the steering wheels panels 3 screws from below and it clips in half. Danny
