Title: Help FD3S Will Not Start After De-Restriction

After installing my KPH to MPH converter the car will not start. The engine turns over, but does\'nt catch. Ive checked all the fuses, they all look ok.
All the clocks are Blank. I followed the installation instructions to the letter.
I think it has something to do with CPU1 or CPU2, but not sure.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

oh yeh ,
I forgot to add:
the red wire to IGN.
the green wire to GND
cut yellow/red wire
connect blue to connector side yellow/red
connect yellow to loom side yellow/red
Finally f**k up car so it doesnt work!

OK Fixed it :D
it wasnt the chip after all, just a coincidence.
