You can see on the first close up of the turbo it sucking in the melted ice, and a mist when they let off the power. Crazy :D:D

Even water will kill any compressor bladed motor !!!  Trouble is with water it does have a fairly good ability to have surface tension and will stay in a bubble.  Water spray is fine but i have seen (and rebuilt) aircraft aero engines that have suffered water ingestion and it has destroyed a multi- million pund engine in seconds.  The main problems is that it does not suck it away in mist and sprays but as a big blob and its just like a big rock going down.  That ice could have destroyed that turbo.

Yep, all done now bar a bit of road testing & tracking adjustment.

I may actually go get next week! (I know, promises promises......)

All I got to do is choose new wheels as both the sets I had for the car (which I REALLY liked) dont fit any more.  Will be trying to buy something similar(ish), dont want to turn up at the party wearing the same dresses do we?

I remember that in a 7\'s book (wrote by Matras or Long, I forgot wich) there\'s a UK garage that have made a first gen with 20B in the endo of 80\'.
I search and will post :)

There\'s another high horespower Gen 1 - DirectFreak I think it is - that\'s a 13B RE I think, and he\'s had to do a lot of work on the back end to support similar power levels.  There\'s a youtube of that one somewhere.
