Post by: Harris on March 17, 2008, 10:39:37 PM
unfortunatly i don\'t have the time or money to fix my turbo 2 so im loking to sell it on to anyone with the time to use and fix it.

the only problem with the car is that the clutch has unfortunatly gone. i do not know the full extent of the damage but as far as i can tell it is just the plates, i bought the car with engine rebuild its done about 120,000miles completely stock new tyres and has 10months mot left, i paid about £1500 and im only looking for £800 from anyone interested please e-mail me on Harris_2010@hotmail.com

Clutch change will take about 3 hours or so

You may need to take the exhaust off to get at the prop shaft.

undo the shaft at the diff and gently pull it from rear of gearbox, then undo rear gearbox mounts and rest gearbox on a trolly jack or stands whilst undoing the bell housing bolts.

Don\'t forget to shove some wood under the front of the engine to stop it rocking forward when you take the gearbox/bell housing off the back of the engine !

change clutch and pop it all back together !
