Title: kgparts 1600cc install
Post by: nikp on March 15, 2008, 06:20:35 PM
I\'m trying to find out how to put this kit together. I think i\'ve got it sorted, but would like to confirm. I have been told that the old group buy had instructions on it, but can\'t find it for the life of me. Anyone point me in the right direction please?

Cheers! got it sorted in the end, but have saved the document as it is always useful to have a reference doc to hand.

I know this is an old thread but is that the standard primary rail, i have bought the secondary rail kit with 1600s for 320 squid. do i need the aftermarket primary as well, or run the braided hose from the stock primary rail to the kg secondary rail? i notice there are 3 braided pipes i only got 2 with my kit.? hmmm

As I explained, Kit B, which you have, replaces the secondary rail only and uses braided hose AFTER this secondary line. It allows the secondary rail to allow larger top feed injectors, such as the 1600\'s included in the kit.

With this kit, the primary rail is unchanged and still uses the standard size injectors.

Hope this helps
