A Red top would be far better as they are not lead acid batterys but dry cell

Deep cycle like a red top & amazingly compact for the power. Bought it 4months ago, hardly used & still floats well above 13V. In middlesex too :).

TBH i havnt started using this yet..... its on my list of things to do :)
had this battery in now for about 1 week and it works great!
