right open passenger door remove kick plate thats the plasic guard on the seal.
then remove the left side kick panel to the left of the passengers feet should be two little plastic clips
right then look up youll see this
(http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y10/ascaudio/heater2.jpg)
un plug the two pin wire that enters the motor seen here
(http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y10/ascaudio/heater3.jpg)
and undo the 3 or four brass screws that hold the motor in
(http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y10/ascaudio/heater.jpg)
there are some round the back so you have to get right in to see
after this then the unit should drop down with some encouragement and its in two halfs held together with clips prize the clips off with a flat blade screw drive mind your eyes they do ping off and split the unit
dlow any crap out dust wipe and clean with either brake and clutch cleaner then ooil when dry with wd40 check its all turning smooth reapply the samwich clips and pulg in to two pin wire turn on blower mind your fingers if not working get test meter and check the two pin wire for power .if theres no power  fuse  or switch on controls if theres power and no movement new motor.:Giggle

ya welcome

Batman... I said your a bloody star... 1st I checked the voltage on the plug from the motor, I was getting 11.5 volts on all fan settings.
I then undone 3 screws (4th screw at back i had to snap off OOPS did not have the angle or correct screw driver to get in there lol)
Tok off those little clips and it came apart. I cold see into the motor then and hey prestow!!!!!! lots of leaves/crap. Gave it a good clean plugged it back in without putting it back and it worked :D put the whole thing then back together and I am a very happy Bunny now

Many Thanks once again
