Yes - I have done this. It will take you about 4 hours to do a full swap (with a couple of people) and leave you with a few scars!

I don\'t think you\'ll have any joy trying to buy a set from anywhere. You\'re best off trying to find someone who wants to swap or finding a "binned" car in a breakers.

Hmmm i may be up for swapping as the rex i\'ll be picking up soon is a Type-R2 and so doesn\'t have the rear seats. I\'ll let you know how i get on without em, and if i feel i really could do with some rears then i\'d be happy to swap.

I will let you know,

Cheers,

Paul:)

no - I\'m happy with the bins!

Even happier now as I just picked my car up from Geoff @ re:worx yesterday who has sorted my boost problem. £50 for a  40bhp power increase  has got to be the cheapest performance gain I\'ve ever had ;-)

...i was jesting!!!

..the seats are great..although my wife has finally agreed that they are pointless!!!They make a good football holder though!!

...I\'m just trying to sort myself out with new door handle( on order from Jimmy\'s), front and rear speakers and new stereo...hoping the speakers come today :-))

Good to hear about your power increase!

bit of a thread hijack (sorry!) but I\'d be interested to know what speakers you decide to go for as a stereo uplift is on my todo list....

That said Geoff was tempting me with a decat and Apexi as well but my future wife is strangely keen that I spend money on getting the heating and floors finished in the flat! LOL

The bins look better than I expected on that pic. The panther currently has rear seats, but they are unusable due to the half rollcage - only someone with no legs would fit.

Would you even be able to open the bins if you got them?  Cage may still be in the way.  I also imagine its a pig of a job with a cage in the way!
